Safekeeping/Closing Authority


As you well know, dealing with any entity may require specialized forms to complete your transaction and/or business; liquor licensing is no exception.

SAFEKEEPING/CLOSING AUTHORITY
Section 4303.272 of the Ohio Revised Code and Section 4301:1-1-16 of the Ohio Administrative Code allows for permit holders whose premises are destroyed or made unusable OR, permit holder is unable to conduct his/her permit business for reasons of illness or other disability, shall deliver their permit to the Division of Liquor Control for safe keeping.
