All Permit Holders Within a County, Sorted by Taxing District/City
Updated Daily


In this area, you will be requested to click the appropriate "county" that you are looking for. This will return to you, every permit holder within the county sorted by city and will be displayed as a standard text file. You can scroll through it, but a county such as Cuyahoga may have as high as 4,000 records. We would suggest you then save the data to a diskette as file type "all files". The result will be a standard ASCII file that you can save and manipulate any way you choose on your PC utilizing the word processor or spread sheet software of your choice. The WebMaster uses MS-Word mail-merge to produce labels and/or a label list. Try this using Adams county first, as it has less than 50 permit holders. We suggest you click HERE for the layout of the file. Print the layout for your future use.

NOTE:     For your information...The three biggest counties and their respective number of Permit Holders are:
(will vary daily, +/- 150)
Cuyahoga = 3,245 (846,000+ characters)
Franklin = 2,522 (650,000+ characters)
Hamilton = 1,936 (499,000+ characters)
and the last "hot key" URL on this page; "All Counties Combined As 1 File" contains 23,689 records, totaling Over 6 million characters.
